Walmart Pharmacy

"I am a forever exhausted pet mom to a cat with medical needs and find this pharmacy to be a neighborhood gem. They epitomize "community" here at this pharmacy and remind me why it is worth it to be kind in this bitter world. I am so immensely thankful for them and would go out of my way for any one of the extraordinary human beings who work at this pharmacy. I know I can probably be annoying sometimes since my cat takes multiple meds and they all seem to need refills/scripts redone at random but they never fail to make sure my girl has her meds. I appreciate this pharmacy so much. As a patient myself, it means a lot to me to know I can rely on them for this. Thank you to the pharmacy team at Walmart for being so spectacular and always being on top of everything. You do things right & you are nice about it... hard to find that anywhere these days!"

"URSULA IS amazing! I came in with prescriptions for a friend who doesn't have insurance and is really sick. She gave me a discount when I dropped off, but the above and beyond part was printing out the discount. Seeing it was very minimal she asked if I had a few minutes to wait while she went in the back and price matched for us. There's employees and then there are employees who care. Thank you, URSULA and the team!"

"This pharmacy is by far the best in the springs. The pharmacist always takes time to ask how I'm doing and let's me know that he's here if I need anything. He genuinely cares how I'm doing. The staff working with him are awesome as well. Thanks so much for providing excellent customer service in a time where that is sorely lacking."

"We have been going to this pharmacy for two years. We have to travel about a half hour to get there because the people were so nice and went above and beyond always. The last couple of times I have been having trouble getting some medication filled at this pharmacy or held up every time by this new pharmacist who says he’s the manager also. There must have been a big turnover for this new guy to become the manager. These are the same prescriptions that I haven’t had any trouble filling when working with the other pharmacists here for two years. Now I’m having trouble. This a pharmacy now who nitpicks most every script and wants to talk to my doctor with unreasonable questions. This pharmacist has a God complex. All of the pharmacy technicians and other pharmacists we dealt with were great. My advice would be to find a new pharmacy before you run into trouble like I have."
