CVS Pharmacy

"Came to get a prescription with my mom. The lady who “helped” us was extremely rude(white lady, blonde hair, with glasses). My mom asked how much longer we would need to wait(after waiting 30 mins already) & she responded with an attitude about how she had other work to be doing. When we finally did get checked out she had her coworker check us out. It is unbelievable how unprofessional & uncomfortable this cvs is."

"Terrible customer service. I cant get prescriptions filled, can't get anyone on the phone. Every time I call I am on hold for over an hour before I give up. I finally had to drive over there after a week of not being able to get any update about a prescription listed as "delayed" only to be told they believe they have the medication in one of their boxes but they have been too short staffed to unpack the delivery. I was then told by the poor pharmacy tech that even though they are short staffed, CVS still cut their weekly hours and that is why everything has been so messed. Sounds like CVS corporate needs to pull it together or close the location. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."

"Should be a zero actually!! I had a surgery in the morning at 7:30 am, prescriptions sent before 9 am and went to pick up after they released me and they said it wasn’t ready and it will be filled by afternoon. Checked my status at 5,6,7 pm still not filled. Then I call them at 7:20 pm and no one answered the phone. 40 min on hold and still didn’t speak to anyone!! Of course they close at 8. They really care!! I think not!! Horrible, let me repeat, horrible service and not my first time with bad service here!! Just finally reached my breaking point and had to leave this review!! I will be moving my prescriptions with someone else!!"

"Their extremely busy . Especially in the pharmacy. I am happy to say that with all the staff attending to . They still respect your call. They try to help as best they can. Great community store and pharmacy."

"This CVS @ 455 N Circle Dr has apparently focused on their customer experience and the change is evident. As recent as May/June the customer service was lacking and I would dread having to go in to pick up a prescription. That has changed and my experiences in the past couple of months have been good…such pleasant Staff and quick with prescription pick-up."
