Walgreens Pharmacy

"I definitely understand the terrible reviews on here. It is so sad to see that a pharmacy who helps give people their medications to sometimes people who need these medications to function or even live have the worst possible customer service possible and to be so rude. I filled my prescription over three days ago and was told they were ready three times. My friend went to pick up for me because I'm a single mom and both my daughter and I have COVID. It was a emergency fill. and twice when they said we're ready they were not. Kept contradicting it, was a new excuse every time. I'm normally very patient and understanding. But this was crazy and I will never fill through this pharmacy again."

"Austin in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my wife get her perscription when every other pharmacy I called in the SPrings acted as if it was an incovienience. He is a wonderful example of what customer service is supposed to look like."

"This place doesn't deserve one star. I cannot imagine a worse pharmacy. Stay far far away. Horrendous phone wait times IF they even pick up, which they often don't. Medicine is never in on time, my doctor is sick of having to call them multiple times to order a prescription. The store is filthy. The staff are rude beyond belief, insulting, short, condescending and will actively gaslight you over a prescriptions existence if they don't feel like filling it. I'll be filing a complaint with the state board, this place deserves to be shut down, disgraceful."

"I was in line at the drive through prior to close, the customer in front of me took a while getting helped and as soon as I drove up to the window, they put up the closed sign and refused to even acknowledge me. Their system had taken DAYS to get a refill request in to my doctor so I was now out of a desperately needed medication. I will not be continuing to get prescriptions filled at Walgreens."
