CVS Pharmacy

"Went here for the first after seeing the more positive reviews compared to the other CVS locations around town, and I was not disappointed. I unfortunately forgot the pharmacist and tech's name to shout them out personally, but they went completely out of their way to help me with my medications, insurance, and discounts which were a bit of a mess and a hassle after the fact—at least a 25 minute delay to the process. I can't compliment them enough. The entire experience was fantastic and I will be coming back here for all of my meds."

"After trying to get my prescription refill at 455 N Circle (calling multiple times over multiple days), I finally gave up and called this location even though it's across town. They picked up the phone and helped me right away. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

"Do not come here today, 11/18/23. They are not open! We had appointments today and they didn’t tell us they just weren’t going to open. Target staff say they don’t know why it’s not open but it won’t open all day."

"UNPROFESSIONAL, not knowledgeable and (especially Renee) have a total lack of respect for the customer. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes in the store for an Rx that they didn't even have in stock (what? you couldn't page me when you found this out instead of keeping me waiting?). Promised it would be in first thing following morning. Followed up at noon, it never arrived. AGAIN, you couldn't have called to advise us of this? Asked Renee to locate at another store, which she did, & we were met by her with a VERY sarcastic laugh & "good luck getting it". We'll be taking our business elsewhere regardless of the convenience. This is our third bad experience with them, one which if it had not been caught in time, posed severe health risks. I understand mistakes, but I'm not willing to take the chance with my health & I can certainly do with less sarcasm, a little more compassion & knowledge from the person handling my meds."
