The customer service has been sporadic at best and the agent misinformed and misled me on about my coverage and claim, then misrepresented it to the adjuster. We have chosen not to go into great detail of the constant problems we have had with him and this agency, but to simply put that we HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this agent and agency to anyone.
