When I contacted allstate about this and after submitting evidence showing my 9k yearly milage, compared to their 28k "calculated" milage for my rate, I was given no apologies, no explanation as to how it was "calculated" in the first place, or anything as to why this occured when clearly my documents and milage show how far off the "calculation" was. I later found out that I likely spoke to someone at an allstate call center and not this exact office. I do not believe this was an intentional mistake on this business's part and I really appreciate the time Danielle took to explain this to me and also the time she took to solve a problem I had; she even spent over an hour on hold, to then have to find a different solution. I appreciate her compassion and thoroughness during our conversation today."
