"I have been coming to this pharmacy for years followed them from 88th and Washington, 30yrs ago) and have driving the distance because I love the pharmacist they are very friendly and kind. However they have hired someone new. Dont know her name because she didn't have her vest on or name tag everytime I go. But she is so rude and disrespectful not only to me but to others as well and not just on one occasion. I feel if this continues I will find another pharmacy to go to."

I was calling in regards to a status on a prescription, and the person I talked to was so rude and gave me an attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her day. I was being polite the entire time, and then she hung up on me. I don't know who this person was but they need to be taught better manners when it comes to talking to customers who just have questions and who help with clarification."

I come here often to have my dogs seizure meds refilled, and the staff have always been very friendly to me and have worked with me to get the scripts refilled as quickly as possible. They have been much easier to work with than the Walgreens I used to go to on 104th. I’m happy to drive the extra 15 mins to get my prescriptions. Thank you!"
