"I don't like this pharmacy. There's always some issue or some rude or annoyed clerk. About every 3rd or 4th trip, you get a good one. Also if you're in the drive thru, your prescription names are practically yelled out. The best part about this is that it's located inside the only 24 hour store in the entire north Denver region other than gas stations"
"Worst pharmacy ever.... dropped my child's prescription off at 9:30 in the morning and by the end of the day it still wasn't filled... called several times and went in and the people were extremely rude. Also didn't get my child's prescription before they closed so now I have to deal with it all in the morning after they open. Not happy at all with the customer service and wait for simple antibiotics."
"Different person, same review that you’ll find from everyone below. My prescriptions are never updated online so I have to wait on hold for a very long time (regularly over 30 mins), or go into the pharmacy to talk to some directly in order to get updates on my prescriptions. I often time get different answers from different people so I don’t trust the info I’m given. I use a prescription savings card and someone is able to figure it out maybe 10% of the time, many times I leave the pharmacy without my prescription because they can’t figure it out. Walgreens left me a voicemail about prescription that I’d taken that had been recalled and the person at the pharmacy couldn’t give me any more information, another person said “none of your prescriptions were recalled” without an explanation of the voicemail. I request refills for my prescriptions and they never go through on the app. Insurance updates don’t go through on the app. I want to give employees the benefit of the doubt, but this is an absolutely horrible customer experience. Many people are uninformed, can’t help you, and are seriously outright obnoxiously rude and will cut you off and give you attitude. I can’t imagine that Walgreens would hire people like this, so it leads me to believe there is a larger systemic issue in why the customer service is so poor. When employees are treated right, they treat the customers right. We are more than 3 years post pandemic there should not be a staffing issue at this point unless you aren’t paying people or you aren’t treating them well. Do better."
"I read a lot of bad reviews on here and not one has a reply from this pharmacy offering to make things right. That speaks volumes THEY DON'T CARE!! I have transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, won't give Walgreens my business anymore. I was getting a call every day to come pick up a prescription. I stopped in on my way to the airport, had an unexpected trip, and the clerk at the counter was extremely dismissive, said I had no prescription waiting, said it was an automated call, they don't call, and he refused to ask the pharmacist, refused to look in a bin, and said it would take a week for me to get an emergency supply of 5 pills to take on my trip. A week?!! Seriously?!! This tall, thin, black male clerk would not look me in the eye at all, was very rude and unhelpful, just wanted me to go away. He was not about to move one foot to help me out or find out why I was getting called but my prescription wasn't ready. This clerk is the reason I transferred my prescription and decided to take my business away from Walgreens. He angered me, I was really shaken up after our encounter, he was horrible!! I should have asked him which lawsuit he wanted, the one from my having a stroke because they refused to give me an emergency supply of blood pressure meds or the one from unwanted automated robo-calls when my prescription isn't even ready! No skin off my nose if you choose to give Walgreens your business, but maybe you'll be treated as I was, and see for yourself."
"I would leave a zero start review if possible. This pharmacy is utterly useless. I was the third person in line when I arrived, and waited for 45 minutes only to be told they couldn't fill a prescription at their location for 3 days. No notifications whatsoever from their automated system or a human being. It's almost 4 years after covid; this incompetence from the health care industry shouldn't be acceptable. This is not my first bad experience here, either. Always expect to wait 30+ minutes. Never expect that you'll leave satisfied with the experience."
