"OMG, talk about a life saver! My pool builder couldn't figure out what was wrong with my pool cover after a toy got sucked into the pulley. Caleb figured it out IMMEDIATELY and closed the cover and gave me a temporary work around so that I could still use the pool. The part took two weeks to get in, but he came right out and fixed it in about an hour. I get it... this company is SO NOT CHEAP, but they absolutely know how to fix a cover. If you're complaining about the high cost of fixing your automatic, locking pool cover, you may be out of touch with the privilege and luxury of owning a pool with said technology. My butt DEFINITELY hurts at the cost of repairs (the cheeks AND the hole), but soaking it in 104 degree water is making everything feel much better... especially now that it operates with the flick of a switch!"

"This is the first negative review I have ever left but I feel the need to warn others. I strongly recommend not using this company. We paid almost 10k for a new motor and cover and have used it for a season and a half. Installers were nice but we did have several hiccups along the way. However, when we went to open the pool at the end of this season it wouldn’t open. I called Cover Care and they didn’t ask any questions about what was happening and no apologies. Just said it would be $350 PER HOUR plus parts and labor and they needed a credit card before they would send someone out. Then added they will charge a 2% fee if I use the credit card on file. I told them I will be leaving a review so people know if they invest $10k it’s only guaranteed for 1 year (as I’m sure it was in our paperwork but never emphasized) and the response was “ok”. I will be finding someone else to do the repair and would never have used this company if I had known they wipe their hands clean after install."

"Caleb was on time and did a nice job installing the wrong sized cover. He was totally professional about it and I appreciate the honesty. A couple of tiles came loose, but he fixed them and sent me pictures. He also left me a warrantee sheet. Two Weeks later they had the right sized cover and had it installed fast! Great work. Very Professional. These guys are Pros. I appreciate the fact that they understood what needed to be done and did it. No hassle at all. This new cover works better than the original! Smooth and closes completely."

"We got what we paid for but only after waiting all day and not having anyone show up on several different dates. The installers were nice and polite but didn't have/couldn't find all the tools they needed to do the work and the measurements they provided for the electrical connection were incorrect. Communication within the company needs improvement as the support department had no idea what was going on with the installers and the billing department was asking for final payment & the sales department was asking us to review the work, before it had been completed."
