"NEVER GO TO THIS SAFEWAY! I never really leave reviews but I always read them before I go somewhere, so I feel the need to say I am actually giving this safeway 0 stars, I have never been to a safeway let alone a grocery store where literally everyone person and everything about it sucked. No one is anywhere to help you find stuff, the guest services never comes out of the back office to help to the point where I have to wait for a cashier to finish checking a customer out to ask them where any employee may be. The employees are extremely rude and refuse to even try and help and I had an experience where I was attempting to return an item I'd purchases one hour prior and they refused to help me, I heard 2 employees bad mouthing me 2 feet away from me. keep in mind i am never rude to people who work in customer service as I do myself so trust me I wasn't deserving of that. the only time i've gone to this location it's because it's convenient last choice but I regret it every time!!!!!! Never ever ever going back again. (also all the aisles look as if its an abandoned grocery store that has never been cleaned)"

"The pharmacy here does not answer the phone, or they answer and immediately hang up on you. The pharmacists are unbelievably rude and lack basic compassion. They frequently escalate interactions and make hostile or snide remarks in response to understandable questions. Pharmacists consistently demonstrate a pretentious and naive attitude towards patients' inquiries and issues. I would avoid this one if you can."

"Go somewhere else. This is hands down the worst pharmacy in the denver metro area. You will get better customer service buying drugs off the crackheads in the parking lot outside than you will here."

"This is the first 5 star review I've ever written for a pharmacy. I have gone to this pharmacy throughout COVID and now, through a serious pharmaceutical shortage. These pharmacists and techs are SOLDIERS. They actually CARE about their patients and do everything they can to provide whatever help they can, even if the medication isn't immediately available. Due to supply shortage, I have had an exceedingly difficult time finding medicine I need to function properly. Rosemind/Roselyn (please forgive me, I was on the phone) took time to help me discuss my issues and alternatives, as well as concerns. I felt more cared for than I have felt at many doctor's appointments. She was my angel today and she works amongst excellent people. I have always felt very "looked out for" at this pharmacy. Its 2023 and empathy is almost considered a past time, but this not here."

"Every time I call and a prescription is not ready the employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand that a lot of time there's not much they can do to fill things early but they show no actual empathy or concern for their patients. I know they are busy and taking times to answer simple questions can be frustrating. however their texts tell me that my prescriptions are ready for pickup and then when I arrive they are unavailable so of course people are calling directly. At other times they say a prescription is ready only to arrive and be told to wait or that it isn't available for pick up that day at all. Some simple customer service training would go a long way with this staff and actually probably make their jobs easier for them as well( as they won't have to deal with so many upset customers)"
