CVS Pharmacy 3770 Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, CO 80212

"My provider sent in a prescription two days ago and even double checked to see if it went through. When I check Rx status online it says I have to call the pharmacy and ask them to refill even though my provider already submitted the request. Last night I waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone at the pharmacy before finally giving up. I just gave up right now after waiting another 45 minutes to talk to someone. I know this is not the fault of the employees as the pharmacy is surely understaffed but at this point I think the pharmacy should be shut down as it is basically non functioning. If you need a medication do not use this pharmacy. Who knows how long it’ll take for them to fill the request/if they ever receive it."

"I don't write Google reviews often but feel it's important to share. This is basically a non-functioning pharmacy. I've never once been able to get someone on the phone. My prescriptions can't be filled through the app so everytime I need a refill I have to physically go into the store, and then will wait no less than 30 minutes to get it filled or be told to come back the next day. I can't imagine what this must be like for patients who have physical challenges getting to the store. On one occasion I waited in the store for 2 hours as the pharmacist told me it would only be 10 minutes. I should've known when I saw no less than 15 other people waiting on prescriptions. This is not the fault of the employees or pharmacist who are truly doing their best. There just aren't enough staff. Even if the staff were doubled, it would still be an incredibly difficult place to get your prescriptions much less a horrendously stressful place to work. It's disturbing to see a company as successful as CVS take advantage of employees and put them in these working conditions, and to just let customers spend hours on end trying to get a prescription."

"This pharmacy deserves negative stars. Never have I ever seen a place such poorly run. They never answer the phone, not even from other pharmacies. I had my doctor write a new Rx and am now going elsewhere."

"Not 24 hours as is posted!!! There needs to be at least a few places open 24 hours in such a big city. I drove all the way there for the doors to be locked. The company is lathe enough they should update there Google page."

"As usual the prescription area was “manned” by a credentialed pharmacist and one very helpful associate. Despite the odds: 2 vs 6 these 2 professionals managed to meet our unique needs w/calmness and a sense of humor. They got the job done even managing to answer phone calls and prove assistance to the drive in window! I’m CVS must give these employees the recognition they have earned!"
