"Crazy wait times and indifferent staff with no common sense. They told me my med was out of stock and when I challenged that, they admitting having it in 2 different doses but just didn't want to alter the dispensing instructions (paperwork). I just watched them turn away a woman who was out of insulin because it has been filled at the other hospital pharmacy that was closed today, no effort to find a solution for her."

"They are good filling orders and being helpful with people needing their medication. I loved the customer service and the support that I got while I was getting my medication refilled. The RN was great and I was in and out in a few minutes of being called. The ticket system is ok but could be updated to a QR code and getting texted to the window."
