"I accompanied my mother to her appointment with Isaac. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and the way he explained things to my mother. She was a long time customer of an insurance broker but started shopping around once her monthly payment increased and they couldn’t find anything lower. Isaac compared the house and car policy he was offering to what she currently had and showed her exact numbers of what she was saving. The whole appointment was flawless and my mother came out so happy with her new insurance coverage. He was never pushy but presented material in an educational manner and we felt comfortable from beginning to end. The office he works out of is easy to find and super nice. "I reached out to Isaac recently in order to get an insurance quote for home, auto, personal items and umbrella. Isaac proved to be one of the most knowledgeable insurance agents I have spoken with. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the different plans and how he could produce cost savings by bundling certain insurance products. He also gave me a detailed breakdown of each product and how the coverage would work. The rates provided were competitive, although I do understand that they are set by State Farm and Isaac has to work with rates that come from his system.
