"Don't waste your time submitting a complaint with this institution.They suppose to work for us-the residents and protect us,but on the same time this organization covers the big insurance companies to get richer and we-to be in more depth. They have the power to do something, but don't want to do it. Don't expect ANY HELP from this department !!"

"Worthless, I bought a extension warranty though an Insurance company, and they insured a truck that had problems, and refused to honor my contract, because the dealer didn’t disclose pre-existing issues with the truck, took to a dealership, to repair the truck, 23,457 dollars, I was told to file with BBB , I did and because BBB Has no enforcement authority, had to file in small claims court, and the limit was 7,500 so I lost 20,000 thousand dollars, only got 2,000 thousand dollars trade in, had to buy another truck"

I passed the test, and because of tenical errors, nobody would help. Due to the stress from this, I can't seem to get past 69, and the passing score is 70. This is my passion, and you can't even do anything about it. Why?"
