"I was lucky enough to discover Yep Insurance in 2018. My flood insurance cost had exceeded 7000 dollars and I had been looking for 12 years to lower this cost. Originally it had started at some where around 5000 and every year it would increase. FEMA back then was basically the only one you could get it through. Things started to change and other underwriters were allowed to get into the flood insurance market. With some luck I found Yep right around the time that this started to become common. in 2018 Yep saved me 300 percent right off the top. in 2022 I only pay less than 1500.
