"Don’t send your prescriptions here, ESPECIALLY if your children are in dire need due to severe illness, cuz they won’t: 1. Answer their phone. 2. Won’t call you to inform you that they don’t have it in stock. 3. If it’s not in stock, they just won’t fill it and won’t call to offer additional locations to where you CAN fill it - But you’ll find all this out when you show up hours later wondering what in the world is going on with the medication you were expecting to be *hopefully* ready for pickup by then."

"If you can find another Pharmacy to go to I suggest you do customer service here is terrible five people behind the counter all ignoring you finally after 20 minutes in line just to be told to get a sheet to fill out for my flu shot they take my sheet after it's filled out tell me go wait in the waiting room nurse comes out says where's your sheet I say they have it out there at the desk they put me behind six other people that came in after me people that didn't have an appointment either I was the very last to get my shot and I paid for it out of pocket you can sure bet I will never go there again. If I could get this to post without providing a star I would they don't even deserve one star these people are that crummy that lousy"

"This pharmacy was good in the beginning. Always answered the phone and was really accommodating if a provider sent to the wrong pharmacy. Now they will not answer the phone and will give you very judgmental stares if you complain and then blame it on losing a friend which is sad but it’s been 3 months and that is unprofessional, for a pharmacy my granddaughter called and complained to a store manger and got excuses and nothing changed. We are thinking about leaving because we are just tired of it. Get your stuff together or you will lose business."

"I advise you not to trust this Pharmacy with your medical needs. Terrible customer service at the Pharmacy. The few times I've had to get medications from this location, the staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked for a refill, and at other locations, they usually have it done in under 2 hours. They told me to come back sometime tomorrow or the day after. Not only that, they never answer the phones. Almost an hour of dialing, and then when they finally picked up, they put me on hold. And then after another long wait told me, "It'll be two or three days." Absolutely ridiculous service. Terrible."
