He is so incredibly helpful and accommodating and informative and communicative I mean I've never had this kind of level of service from any pharmacy anywhere for my pet so yeah major kudos to this guy and his Pharmacy techs."

"The folks here are the absolute best! Although it’s in a big box store, the care, concern and one on one customer service from all of the pharmacists and techs is amazing! Almost like going to a pharmacy of yesteryear. They go above and beyond to help. The prices are also much less than other large chains like Walgreens or CVS. I used to think if you had insurance it was the same price across the board - that it didn’t matter where you picked up your meds from, the price would be the same. That is simply not true and Sam’s Clubs prices are amazing. Also - you don’t have to be a member to utilize their pharmacy."

Hearing their interactions with customers while waiting for my spot for the flu shot showed customer service truly isn’t dead.
