"Hands down the worst cvs I have been to. If you are relying on getting your prescription when they tell you it is ready or when you get a notification this is not your place. I had to go back 2 times and call just for them to input the prescription that I ordered. Over a day and it is still not filled"

"Despite all the problems that the CVS on future Street has had regarding keeping pharmacy employees things are looking up over there. The last few times I visited CVS It was a painless experience. Those gentlemen behind the counter really cared. Carter and Christian really went the extra mile to find out where my prescription was and made sure that I got it in a timely manner. Christopher noticed me being upset before all of this and quickly made it right! They remembered me by the first my first name which was impressive with all the people that go through there on a daily basis. These guys are great! At the front counters have real good attitudes and always have a smile! They are honestly there for US and show they enjoy their jobs everytime I come into the store. I fill THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of prescriptions there every month. I was about to change pharmacy’s. They need my business! Finally they are showing I mean something to them! The new guys changed my mind! That being said the new management over there, I believe he came from Colorado Springs but I can’t remember his name, is fabulous. He really cares about my experience and everybody’s experience there as well. He’s always there at the front to greet you when you come in or taking taking care of putting out fires or whatever he hast to do but he’s very proactive and he doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. "I recently had to use CVS to fill a monthly recurring prescription because my ‘regular’ pharmacy said it was on back order and they had no clue as to when it would start shipping out again. I am so happy with my experience here at CVS that it’s tempting to switch pharmacies. Their staff is quite knowledgeable and very friendly. The only downside is it’s very busy and they move so slow. Other than that it was a great experience."

"These poor workers need some help! Just writing this to get attention to the powers that be! They are wonderful and working so hard but cannot keep up with how big the meadows and castle rock are getting. Hire more people here please, and offer fair compensation! Delayed necessary antibiotics for days because I couldn’t get in to pick up my Rx around my work hours and the line wrapped around the store, no drive thru available. I’d select delivery but with my work hours I can’t guarantee someone will be home to receive!"

"I’ve been using the CVS pharmacy for about a year now although I don’t often have prescriptions to fill. Previously when I’ve been to this pharmacy whether going through the drive through or walking up to the counter, I’ve been helped by the same woman. She was often rude and made me feel like she was inconvenienced by me and my GoodRX app which at times can help tremendously with cost. I dreaded coming in because of her bad attitude but it is very convenient to swing by as it’s right up the street from my house so I didn’t switch. Yesterday on the other hand, I walked in and was greeted in a timely manner by a kind woman who began to get my information to start grabbing my prescriptions. Soon a very nice man took over, I wish I would’ve asked what his name was to give him a better shout out! He gave me all the information I needed for my prescriptions as well as held a great conversation with me all while multi- tasking trying to see if another one of my prescriptions was back ordered and tending to another customer. He said hi to my daughter and smiled at her even though she hid from him under the counter and he made me feel very comfortable with trying to get the price down for a script that was $200! As my prescription is for acne, I was discouraged by the price but felt obligated to get it because I’ve been very self conscious of my skin. He told me he hadn’t noticed and he was able to get it down to $162 which was so helpful and when I mentioned I had the GoodRX app he didn’t blink an eye or make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Overall my experience was amazing. I enjoyed chatting while he was helping me and it was a complete 180 from previous experiences. It gave me hope that there are still great people in the world. Thank you sir for your kindness and work ethic! You are appreciated!!!"
