"Gym equipment well kept up and all in working order. I've only seen one machine go out of order, and it was promptly fixed. The attachments for the cable machines are pretty worn out and need updating. The workout floor is clean. The free weight equipment never seems to be organized (neither of the turf areas nor the dumbells). Staff has been friendly at greeting every time I've entered and leaving, but you can tell they don't seem dedicated to keeping things at peak shape at the location. I have yet to see them once away from the front counter to tend to the facilities. Men's bathrooms are always filthy, and not having touchless sinks is a disease fest waiting to happen."

"Been going here for over a year. Absolutely love this gym. Group fitness manager is great along with her team of fitness coaches. Love the classes that this gym offers. I have made a community of friends as well."

"I went one time on a free trial to this gym with my brother, who has a membership, last October. After I had gone, I decided it wasn't for me and wanted to cancel my membership. So I did so through their app. A couple of months after I had canceled, I started getting emails about some sort of late fees for my membership. After contacting their customer support, I learned the free trial hadn't been canceled on their systems, and I am now being charged $155 in late fees for a membership I had no clue was active. No one I had talked to through customer support seemed able to help, and they seemed more dismissive than anything. It has been by far the worst customer service I have ever had. This gym is more like a highway robbery than a place of business. I will be contacting my bank and my attorney. As well, my brother will be canceling his membership and will not be coming back either. 0/5 would never recommend anyone wasting their money or time at any of these gyms."

"Gross and unkept, outbreak waiting to happen. I've been looking at the same bottle on a treadmill for the last 5 days which shows me there are no cleaning services coming at night to clean equipment making this a covid/flu/RSV outbreak waiting to happen. Equipment is worn down and broken into bits. Other than the variety of equipment and good hours there isn't much more they offer. The place is packed constantly and people are at each other's necks because of it. Staff is rude and clicky with their favorites. I say have a good day more than they do. Disappointed watching it go downhill the last year or two. Don't even get me started on how gross the ladies locker facilities are, I'm scared to change my shoes. Edit: My name isn't Kerry so you can see how much customer service and satisfaction means to them. There are better gyms, shop around and avoid this place."
