If you can't sell your product based on value, if you have to lie and try to scare people into giving you their money, you need to seriously reevaluate your business model. If these people call you, they are lying. They're just trying to scare you. Tell them to place you on their do not call list and hang up on them."

"BEWARE – I worked with Evan for a new policy for a townhome. A few months down the road I find out the wrong address was insured and he put in place a policy for 1,000 deductible for only 1,500 of coverage. WHAT?! I had to follow up multiple times with emails and calls to get him to respond. When it came to making the payment he pawned me off onto other agents because he was too busy….. To say I am disappointed and upset is an understatement. I have since found another insurance broker that took the time to explain my policy in detail and correct the errors that were made."

"I would leave negative 5 stars if I could. I bought a home through Richmond American and went through American Home Insurance (AHI) for some home and auto quotes. They gave me a Nationwide quote for home and auto that was very reasonable so I decided to go with them. I had a terrible experience dealing with Nationwide so I decided to get another policy with another company, my policy with Nationwide was through AHI. It is very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone at AHI and you are forced to leave a voicemail. Good luck getting anyone to respond to your voicemail and they are very slow to respond to emails as well. They made the cancellation process of my home and auto policy very tedious and difficult as I had to send multiple voicemails and emails just to get my policy cancelled. Save yourself the time and the headache and avoid dealing and doing any business with American Home Insurance. You will be grateful that you did. Who knows if my policy is even cancelled as they said it was. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE SERVICE"
