"The people who work at this pharmacy are great. It’s corporate stuff I have an issue with. The calls are outsourced, and I was put on hold twice tonight and hung up on twice. Spent over an hour on hold to be neglected twice! And I don’t have much of an option, because I have to talk directly to a pharmacist to have Adderall filled. They have been incredibly helpful in the past, but them being understaffed is hurting now."

"Having to get a shift lead to purchase nail clippers on vacation is something I've never experienced. I've grown up next to Walgreens for 30 years in Florida and ya'll should just HIRE BETTER SECURITY!!!!"

"Lying about vaccine availability and appointments. First appt cancelled, second appt showed up and the pharmacy was closed?? Is this even a real business? Do they really offer pharmacy services? Apparently not."

"I sent my prescription to this pharmacy to avoid the wait with mail prescription services. The pharmacy then tells me they have to obtain my prescription from a central distribution center and it would not be available for 4 days. On the day the prescription was supposed to be ready, I went to pick it up and they still did not have the have it ready because the pharmacist didn’t show up until 2 pm and so they missed their delivery truck from the central distribution center. I would highly recommend using a different pharmacy as this is not the first time I have had issues with this location’s staffing problems causing delays in my medication."

"Pharmacy has been closing at 6pm weekday eveningsand just totally closed on weekends for the last 3 months. Then yesterday I go over there, a Friday, and they are closed for short staff! I used to get my scripts from Safeway and then they closed. Then I switched to Walgreens. Ugh the whole situation is so frustrating I don’t even want to finish this review. Please if you don’t need to use this pharmacy DON’T. In closing if after 3 months you still cannot as a company hire reliable employees, you need to pay them MORE! Good luck neighbors. *smdh*"
