"I am rebuilding our pond and needed some swing-check valves. Not only did they have the professional grade I needed, but were able to order extras and it was available overnight for cheaper than online competitors. Also, when picking up my valves, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The store is well organized and owner (sorry his name escapes me) is VERY knowledgeable. He came out and really helped me scale out my pond's plumbing needs. Despite me building a pond and not a pool, he really tried to understand my project. He took his time and didn't try to push anything outside of what I needed for my project. I wish other CO small businesses would practice this same type of customer service. You just don't see it like this these days."
