"Extremely long wait time due to being understaffed(lots of open tables), but once we got seated (table of 4 adults and 7 kids) we had a good experience. Ben (I believe was his name- the evening of 3/9/24) was an excellent server and did an exceptional job waiting multiple large tables at once. He was very attentive and just had a great attitude. Cheers to Ben- this location is lucky to have a team member like him! Keep it up!"

"We recently had the pleasure of dining at your location and I have to say, I loved both the exemplary service and the outstanding quality of the food. The staff's enthusiasm and eagerness to assist did not go unnoticed; their cheerful disposition and helpfulness made our night so much happier. It's worth noting that this location, in particular, stands out for the remarkable staff, who truly are the highlight of the restaurant. Their dedication and hard work deserve recognition, (please tip your waiters!!). This restaurant proved to be an excellent choice for a quick, late-night meal, polishing off an awesome date night with another great experience. "Chilis is always good food and you can’t go wrong with eating here! Food was great! We got the just bacon burger and the buffalo chicken quesadilla. Great and hot! Chips n salsa is always a hit! I thought every table got chips and salsa but I guess I remembered wrong haha. We had to order it separately. The only thing iffy was our waitress. She wasn’t very attentive to us and didn’t ask to refill anything or talk to us. The only time we saw her was to get our order and then ask for a box once we started checking out through the tablet thingy on the table. Other than that, the food was great and would definitely come here again ᵕ̈"

"I really wish I had gotten our servers name. We were seated in the corner next to the bar by the pick up entrance on 7/21/23 around 6pm. Tall skinny guy and was so nice and attentive! Everything was phenomenal from the service to the food to the cleanliness. Our food came out so quickly and my husband's order was literally sizzling. If you were our server, thank you!"

"We had dinner at this Chili's location yesterday. We waited a while to be seated but noticed there were empty tables. Puzzled. Once we were seated, our waiter explained that their system was down and asked for our patience and understanding. We had an enjoyable meal and a nice place to hang out. Although the overall service was not as optimal as what they desired or fully met our expectations, their staff were very friendly and maintained the level of respect every customer deserved. I don't normally review chained restaurants, but I want to thank the service and kitchen crews for their want to do right by attitude."
