"Bad customer service never going back to the location"

"I dislike this store most of all in Colorado Springs I feel disrespected and violated. Every time I walk in there in the associates, ask minors kids to takeoff their jackets, their sweaters and their backpacks to prevent stealing why build a convenient store next to a high school knowing there’s going to be problems I feel as a mother that my daughter should not have to take off her jacket and her sweater in the middle of winter Just to get a soda it is utterly ridiculous. This is called lost in profit. The only one that benefits from this is the manager at the end of the year and her yearly bonus."

"I asked Donna working the kitchen if it was okay substitute the pretzel bun on the ham and cheese sandwich She said sure and put it on a regular bun and oh my... delicious! Can't get a ham and cheese in any other place. This is my new favorite. Nathan was helpful and friendly, as well as the rest of the employees. Great visit!"

"Ashton Is an AMAZING worker here! She helped me with my purchase, I went outside and tried to turn my car on and it was dead! I asked her for help and she helped immediately with no questions asked, all of this before the next customer even walked into the store! If it wasnt for her, I wouldn't have made it to work so I am Extremely thankful to her! Great team!"

"I've come here on a regular basis for weeks specifically with the intent of picking up a quick cup of coffee in the mornings. With this particular location I've had many problems with just that however as more often then not their coffee brewers are not filled at all and the station isn't kept tidy at all with debris everywhere. As of now I make the drive to another location, but I do wish this one gave me a better coffee experience given it's closer to where I live. In regards to the rest of the store however it's not bad. Decent in all other areas."
