"So disappointed with the staff at this office. After they canceled my appointment, because they did not give the appropriate timing for what I needed. I called back to get a new appointment, (where I had to request a different day off work), to be called the next day and them asking me to reschedule again because the appointment I made the previous day was no not in the system. The last person I spoke with was Victoria and I advised how unprofessional this was and each time I called in I was either on hold for a long period of time or frustrated after the call. Her only response was you must have reached our call center and they did not schedule it. We first went here four years ago and I will never return to this group."
