"I previously went to one of the large practices (think $19 cleanings) and they did two crowns very poorly. I had pain related to those crowns and was not able to chew on one side for 2 years, another private practice dentist was not able to help. Dr. Richardson was able to correct the crowns and eliminate the pain. He has also done another crown, replaced one of the poorly done ones and a root canal for me. I was very fearful of the dentist and I still have problems just going to cleanings, but he and his staff are great, they let me listen to music, take breaks when I need it and remind me to breathe so that I can stay calm. Dr Richardson does all of the root canals and crowns in office usually in one visit. You don't have to make the mold and then come back for the finished product, he does them digitally in office so that they look and feel great. I have three kids, my two year old went for his first cleaning with his older siblings and the hygienist was great about letting him play with the chair and the tools so he could get comfortable and let her and Dr. Richardson "count his teeth." Dr. Richardson also let him help while checking one of the siblings by letting him pretend to use his own "tools" to check her teeth. Dr. Richardson and his staff are great, I never feel like I'm just one in a long line of patients for that day and he always takes as much time as I need to answer my questions and put me at ease. I also love that I can schedule appointments with the office staff over email!"
