Tuttle Family Dentistry

"Got a crown done by this "dentist". In reality, the assistant did all of the work. It actually took 4 hours because a sales rep came by and the assistant proceeded to do business with the rep before finishing my procedure. Instead of starting over with my crown, they decided to leave the cement on my tooth. The cement caused a pocket of bacteria that has now severely damaged my tooth next to the root crown and gum. I now have to go to a periodontist because there is so much damage to my tooth and gum."

"Awful experience! I have to spend over $900 to fix the terrible job they did. I went to Tuttle and they told me I needed caps. The dentist spent all of 1 minute assessing me as they pawn off the majority of the work to dental assistants. Long story short, the dental assistant put in the cap incorrectly and when I went to another dentist (who took extensive X-rays) to find out why I still couldn't chew without pain, I was told the cap needs to replaced as it was placed incorrectly."

"I don’t normally leave reviews but I really felt the need to for this organization. I can’t stand the dentist and have put off going for years. Last night I broke a wisdom tooth and went to Tuttle today. The staff is SO friendly and happy. You can tell everyone is so thankful to be working there. The entire place was super clean and neat. Dr. Tuttle was able to get me right in and extract my tooth as well as set up a phenomenally priced plan to fix the rest of my mouth. He is a really awesome dentist and a great person. If you have any issues with your mouth there is simply no better place to go! The staff and doc are there to help and know you’re in the best possible care. Thank you Tuttle family dentistry. You ROCK"

"I'm so upset.. My husband has been trying to get a teeth cleaning for months. They have changed or cancelled his appointment 4 times now. They change times and DO NOT contact you, they have cancelled the appointment and DO NOT contact you. He has shown up for his appointment and has been told "Sorry our hygienist went home sick" "Sorry we did not call you". Today was the last straw. He went in again and was told they had moved his appointment to 2 O'clock (Never called ) and the hygienist went home again. His appointment was at 2:30 pm because I made it. This is so unprofessional. Due to their scheduling issues I DO NOT recommend since they clearly do not care about their patients."

"My two children and I have been patients of Dr. Tuttle and more recently, Dr. Colt, for almost four years. The two doctors have been absolutely wonderful with me, and have made trips to the dentist happy, anxiety-free outings for my kiddos. Although they don't bill themselves as pediatric dentists, they are both fathers themselves and go out of their way to put little ones at ease. They take the time to explain each step of cleanings/fillings to kids, which makes my 5-year-old and 7-year-old feel both important and reassured. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and has never failed to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They are also insurance wizards! Working with Tricare/MetLife is a challenge at the best of times, but they've seen us through everything from cleanings and fillings to crowns and frenectomies. We are so glad to have found them!"
