"I've been going to Dr Norris for a few years now. He has a small office, small staff, but probably the most down-to-earth office I ever been to. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr Norris is very thorough, very experienced, performs pain management extremely well, provides custom care instructions for each patient's situation, and he even makes sure costs are minimized. For example he scheduled my surgery to the start of the new year when my new insurance policy kicked in, so my deductibles were minimized. He also made sure that the insurance was only charged for the service that was actually done. They even have snacks in the lobby. I can't say enough about him and his staff. I will probably be going to him forever, for periodontal care."
