"I was thoroughly disappointed with the fact that my appointment was cancelled the day before I came in. I had made a point to call the office, which went to a call center that my insurance changed a week before my appointment. Somehow that conversation wasn’t noted and with one voicemail my six month appointment was canceled. The office manager attempted to reschedule for the next day, which wouldn’t do, and they are booked till next month. I’ve always received superior care, but also my doctor left, which I found out today too. This was my experience today, so judge for yourself if you want them to care for you and your family."

"I recently moved to Colorado Springs and I was looking for a family oriented dental practice. I found the perfect office. My hygienist was super. She was very thorough but gentle and made me feel so welcome on the first visit. I returned to have a filling placed by Dr. Trujillo and she is amazing. Painless injection. Filling is perfect. No sensitivity. I'm also a general dentist and have a bit of dental anxiety as well. If you are looking for a family practice I would recommend Dr. Trujillo and staff for all of your dental needs."

"My hygienist was excellent. That was the only good part about coming here. Dr. Trujillo only told me I had cavities after I had stood up, grabbed my things and was walking out. "Oh you have two cavities go ahead and get an appointment scheduled." Never during my exam was I told I had cavities or shown which teeth were affected or told the severity. It was an afterthought. They charged me for a $90 photograph of my teeth without telling me it wouldnt be covered by insurance. Shady business practice. Then, when I went to get my records released they scheduled me for another appointment instead of sending me the form! Do not recommend. EDIT to add: went for a second opinion at a different office and I have NO CAVITIES. Summit dental is a bunch of crooks."
