"Recommend Cheyenne Mountain Dental 10/10! Front desk staff Selena and Peggy will greet you and get to know you by name. They are both so pleasant and helpful when scheduling/paying/checking out. Hygienist Jenna listened to my fears of being at the dentist and my irrational fears of getting dental work done. She never once made me feel bad about my fears and she was the most comforting, knowledgeable, and supportive hygienist I have ever come across. All of that was already a win in my book and enough to get me to return, and then I met Dr. Davis and quickly realized why his staff is so amazing. Hands down best Dentist EVER! He has the ability to explain complex procedures and processes into simple language with astounding bed side manners. I have so much dental work to be done because I’ve never trusted a dentist enough to get anything accomplished but I’m happy to say I’m finally getting things done and couldn’t be happier. I got a root canal and experienced ZERO pain. Not during or after! That’s unheard of! If your looking for a dentist it would be in your best interest to choose Dr. Davis and Cheyenne Mountain Dental"

"First impressions: Entitled to your money sums this place up. Buyer beware. I was in the process of enrolling with this dental group when they asked for my rank information not normally requested for patient intake. I questioned it, and asked if they could proceed without, when the clerk said the Insurance might kick it back. After all, at this point they had the policy number and proof of coverage -- so clearly any services rendered would be paid. I said that's fine, we'll deal with it if that happens. The clerk asked why I didn't want to provide it, where I replied I didn't want to get charged a different rate based on rank. The clerk got defensive and said that if I thought they were shady, maybe they're not the right place for me (and family). I replied that's also fine, it's a free market and if they didn't want my money, they can refuse service and I'll go elsewhere. Suffice to say, thanks to the reviews on Google, my family and I will not be enrolling on this place, and this lady just cost their clinic a full family's business because we were skeptical of unusual questions. She could have just said "ok, no problem, if it gets kicked back, we'll need that information then at that time..." problem solved. A note to all the readers: Buyer always beware. Never trust a business that feels entitled to your money. You have the money. You make the decision and rules when and where to spend it. Don't ever feel pressured, coerced, or threatened into a product or service you have yet to find real value in--like this place. I'm sure they're great for other people, just not for us. We're just going to skip the headaches if this is the first impression. We found another dentist, amazing, no pressure or arguments, ultra helpful within minutes."

"I will tell everyone I can to not go to this place. I had someone from their office named Peggy call me and leave a message saying they were taking to collections because they didn't update their system, from 2021. I emailed my new insurance prior to being seen. They were over paid on another visit so now they are coming after me for that bill also. The manger has yet to return my calls to get this resolved. Peggy was terrible! She had no idea what she was talking about and told me they were nice enough to bill insurance in the first place and she hasn't been there long so she inherited their bad business practices. Astonishing!"

"I stopped going here after Dr. Bertsch failed to diagnose my tooth abscess. Three years later I get a call saying they want more money because of a miscalculation in billing. Very sketchy dentist."
