The entire first appointment was genuinely about my problem area and some discussion about my future concerns. Overall the initial appointment was an hour but thorough and felt breif. "I don't normally provide online reviews. I'll make an exception for Dr. Rippe and his team. This office building is brand new and everyone is so friendly and kind. It's a rare combination of an operation that runs like a well oiled machine but is equally as friendly as efficient! On my first visit I was brought back to an office and given a welcome bag full of goodies and asked questions like "are you happy with your smile? What is most important to you in a dentist?" These questions show me they take this profession very seriously. I recently had some significant dental work done and was understandably nervous. I mentioned it to Dr. Rippe and he kindly reassured me to leave all the worry up to him. He made it as comfortable as possible! So glad to have finally found a dentist I trust!"
