"I was referred by my primary dentist to Dr. Lindsay at Comfort Dental in Centennial for a root canal. I get really anxious about dental work, so I was nervous prior to the appointment. This was BY FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a root canal. Dr. Lindsay and his team were exceptional! When I arrived, they took me back pretty quickly. The dental assistant took an X-ray to ensure that it was the correct tooth and Dr. Lindsay confirmed that it did in fact need a root canal done. Payment was discussed and completed before the procedure began. The process was fast but extremely efficient, I did not feel any pain and my numbness was gone within an hour after leaving. Dr. Lindsay was attentive and made sure that I was okay during the procedure. He thoroughly explained follow up steps and prescribed appropriate medication. "Completely lost faith in this office. I’ve been coming here for years and at my last cleaning they said there was a small cavity on the side of my tooth that I could have filled if I wanted to. I said go ahead. Biggest mistake ever. Right after the filling, it felt funny to bite with that tooth. That quickly progressed to sensitivity to heat/cool/air. And now extreme pain. I saw Dr. Jacob today and he just tapped on my teeth and told me my tooth probably freaked out even from the small filling and my nerve “probably died” and now I need a root canal. I’ve completely lost all confidence in this office and will be canceling my next appointment and going elsewhere to get my tooth fixed. The lack of explanation or in depth exam left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and distrustful. My tooth had no pain or anything else wrong before the filling. Regret is all I feel now about going here. I’ll be letting my family members know and hopefully they’ll all leave this office too."
