"I was referred to Dr Willis and staff by my dentist. I am on Medicade insurance at the moment and had a lot of issues from years of neglect. My dentist is great but did not want to attempt 4 root canals. 3 of them right in a row. I should also mention that my previous dentist attempted two and left a mess- I came to Dr Willis “hat in hand” and between Melissa listening to me vent at the front desk to Dr Willis experience learned techniques that stop the anesthetic syringe from pinching I realized I was at a phenomenal dental practice…. These days I feel like most professionals do not offer that personal touch or offer it but do not have the skills. Dr Willis and staff offer a blend of new school techniques, technology and old school values to create a unique experience. "Between waiting 6 weeks for a call back to schedule a root canal procedure which was "completed" in 1 short hour, to the receptionists 4 year old playing so loud and obnoxiously right outside of my exam room (as if the dentist isn't stressful enough). I found out that 1 week later it was (and still is) in fact infected. My antibiotic prescription was filled 7 days late. I completed that antibiotic to still have an infection. Called to schedule an appointment to be told that the dentist will NOT fix the incorrect work that was done on the initial work and referring to it as a "retreatment". The work was just done 3 weeks prior!!! I then went in amd spoke to another dentist amd had x-rays done to determine status of my tooth. Jessica (dentist) stated that the rods were put too deep amd the canals were overfill. She said that it would be malpractice to not redo the procedure correctly amd then decided to do the work herself we then scheduled fir 2 weeks later with ANOTHER round of antibiotics only fir her to be a nno call, no show for my appointment. I rescheduled AGAIN only to recover a phone call informing me that Jessica had quit working there. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this office. Now I'm stuck with a root canal that needs to be completed the correct way and I refuse to return to the dentist who performed the work in the first place. I've NEVER had a problem with the dentist until this visit and I'm 42 years old."

"WARNING TO ALL DENTAL LABS!!!! We are a small dental lab in Las Vegas that has been added to others around the Commerce City area who have been scammed and cheated by this office. Do not do business with them. They do not pay their invoices!!! If you are looking for a new dentist, I would not recommend this office because of their dishonest practices. Yessica from Commerce City Dental Center has been very unprofessional and dishonest in her role at the office. Please be aware of this office and it’s bad business protocol."

"Terrible, only one doctor and he was rushing and switching between patients. His mal practice ended in leaving a piece of instrument inside of my tooth while doing a root canal. Now at risk of loosing that tooth with the infection growing and having to pay more money to fix the "doctors” mistake."

"Dr. Willis is the greatest - it took me a couple of years to find him, but it was worth the wait. His work is excellent, and his prices are very fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, even though it is a 45-minute drive from where I live."
