"As a kid, my parent was a dental assistant, so I spent a lot of time in a dentist's office. This one felt like the McDonalds of dentistry. They wanted me in and out as quickly as possible, with as little discussion as possible. They carved away pieces of my teeth I'll never get back. Despite being 1 minute from this office, I'd rather driver 30+ minutes to go a dentist who won't shave down my teeth with wonton disregard."

"I came in for my appointment and there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes so by the time I got checked in they told me they could no longer see me and tried to reschedule me TWO MONTHS OUT. I’ve been with this location since 2020 and it has been nothing but problems, there have been multiple times where I had to wait prolonged periods of time after my appointment time just to get taken back. They pick and choose which clients to help first and will ignore you until they feel like helping you. I hate to say it but if you don’t speak Spanish they’re not going to accommodate to you. This is the worst location I do not recommend! They took my wires off to do a cleaning in December so I haven’t had anything on my teeth yet they haven’t had me in to get the cleaning done? I come in to get my adjustment 5 minutes past my appointment time and because there was no receptionist to check me in when I arrived they wouldn’t see me and I’m supposed to be 4 months with no wire ? Doesn’t make sense. I’m supposed to be getting my braces off soon and it seems like they’re dragging my case out. My braces have been paid off so there’s no other reason outside of poor management and bad customer care. The receptionists is the worst part of this company, the doctors and hygienists are cool but the front desk is making people take their business elsewhere."

"She was very kind and thorough with exam and x-rays. She explained the reason for deep cleaning and other procedures that need to be done. I am trying to get help with finances for continued treatment with her."

"I have been a patient of this office since June of 2020 and although I've had mixed experiences in terms orthodontics, my general dentistry experience with Dr. Yeh and her team has been great thus far. I recently had to have a root canal and it was promptly taken care of to mitigate pain I had been having for about 10 days. Her dental assistants, particularly are always pleasant, kind and reassuring; Luz in particular was great. Dr. Yeh is fantastic, thorough and ensures to expedite care. I appreciate her attentiveness in my dental care."
