"My first couple of visits with K2 were pretty great! Had no complaints. Unfortunately, following a more serious procedure things changed. Dr. Z failed to follow up as he communicated was necessary. Furthermore, I had complications arise as a result of the procedure that has affected me for the past 4 weeks plus. My wife & I called the office multiple times only to leave messages with staff and NEVER receive a call back. Disappointing to say the least as we thought we finally found a stable dentist to go to."

"Urgent need to be seen. I scheduled a 9am appointment online. The Hygenist called later and offered an 8am due to my having tooth pain. That's so very thoughtful and considerate. Above and beyond patient care! The office environment is comfortable, relaxing, and very clean. Dr. Z took time to explain my treatment options, benefits, and risks. Very knowledgeable and personable. I have significant anxiety about dental work and was very pleasantly surprised to be put so very much at ease here."

"Wow, I just had the best dentist appointment of my entire life! Fantastic attentiveness, amazing office, and easy checkout / smooth communication with my insurance provider. Also was easy to find parking. I'd had a poor experience with my most recent dentist prior to visiting K2/Karakoram and as such had gone almost TWO years without a cleaning. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. Entering the office immediately eased some of my nerves - every single staff member I encountered was friendly, available, and helpful as I completed my check-in. The office itself is set up to create a relaxing feel more akin to a spa lobby than a dentist office. The actual appointment itself was also wonderful. Dr. Duraiz (Dr. Z) was compassionate and understanding of my nerves, and very thorough and detailed about the explanations of my teeth and gum health. Patients are seen in closed-door rooms for privacy - and the room had PLANTS, PAINTINGS, diffused LAVENDER, and a KILLER view of the mountains. All this suffice to say - I will not be waiting another 2 years for my next cleaning! If you have ANY nervousness about going back to the dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Z at Karakoram"

"I am absolutely thrilled with the service received with Dr. Z this evening. I have had debilitating tooth pain the last couple of days and due to insurance and lack of appointments anywhere I’ve had to suffer. I was able to make an emergency appointment tonight and he performed a root canal. So nice to see a Dr that actually cares about the patient. I have to come back to get my crown so as long as that works out as I fully expect this review will stay at a perfect 5 star rating. They worked with me on price because of my insurance carrier."
