"I have been going there for 2 years. When I went in for my 6th scheduled visit, they canceled my appointment and told me they no longer do dental visits on Wednesday. I only had the appointment scheduled for 6 months. The young girl behind the front desk was really rude and embarrassed me Infront of the entire front office staff. I do not get embarrassed easy. I did not reschedule my office visit and I will not be back for this reason."

"I think it is funny how I had my other older children coming here and they never got as much dental work when they were little as my younger children have. I don't like how this place is quick to do a root canal and put a cap on baby teeth. They do this to charge Medicaid more money. I believe this place already has a law suit and the changed thier name from small smiles to advance choice. A few of the dental assistants act like they went to school to be a dentist and have to but in when you ask THE DENTIST a question."

"I was very disappointed at my last visit. I took my toddler to this place thinking it would be a place where they treat kids nice and are patient but no. They were doing some fillings and pretty much they were rushing the process not taking in consideration that it was his first filling and needed to make my toddler feel comfortable. For me, it was important for him not to get traumatized by the procedure and it ended up being traumatic for me and my toddler. They had me and the dental assistant hold him down and I was told by the assistant that they "had another patient waiting" when he was just taking a break from being scared! I ended up going back to a clinic we went before and was told he does not need fillings because he does not have cavities! This place never showed me the xray and just told me verbally he needed 8 fillings when 6 months ago he had none. I am so glad I went to get a second opinion."

"I have used this location since I was a kid and it used to be great. lately they refer me to get braces and I go in for the Consultation and the place tells me that I am not able to get braces. They told me that I needed glasses and so when I went to get, glasses I had to get a new eye exam but they didn't have any appointments available so I booked an eye exam with Heritage vision clinic, they told me that I do not need glasses. My visison is 20/20 ."
