"This location is the best risas I’ve been too, all staff members are nice and the convenience of it closing late is great because I can make my appointments after work."

"Had a 9am appointment made about 2 weeks in advance. Day of appointment I got there, doors were locked. At 9:15am I received a call my appointment was canceled due to weather. The problem wasn't it was canceled, it was that they didn't notify me until I had already arrived, took time off work, had a friend take time off work to be my ride since it was a surgery, and stood out front with other patients wondering what the heck is going on. (Context for weather, day before was a pretty good snow storm, definitely not horrible but not a little storm. Day of appointment was sunny, roads a little wet but dry by noon. A pretty typical Colorado storm.) I ended up rescheduling with another dental office. Awful communication and service is a symptom of major problems internally, so I wouldn't trust this place to work on your teeth let alone extract any under anesthesia. There are so many dental office options in the Denver area so find a better place."

"A great affordable option. I wanted Invisalign and it was cheaper to self-pay for it with Risas than go elsewhere with my insurance. The orthodontist at the Wheat Ridge location is super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Would have been 5 stars except for wait times and scheduling. If your appointment is at the end of the day you’ll likely be waiting a while; and if you ever need to reschedule an ortho appointment, your only option will be to walk-in and wait on a Saturday. Otherwise satisfied with my Invisalign here!"

"Trying to reschedule a consult appointment and have called 3 times and the entire message is in Spanish. Since I don't know Spanish, it's really of no help. If they are going to cater to Spanish speaking patients only, it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I can schedule at an office where they speak English. Zero stars from me for not making it clear they are a Spanish speaking practice only."

"My five star review is solely based on my experience about the Free dental services on Labor day. I got very lucky that they were open as I had severe pain and needed my wisdom tooth removed. I think for a free day, this was a great experience. The staff was very nice and patient. They had chairs outside for everyone, a booth with water, coffee, donuts and burritos while we had to wait our turn. When it was my turn to go in, the assistants were very cool and explained everything I needed to know. The doctor told me the risks associated with my extraction and did a wonderful job extracting my tooth. I don't usually go to this dentist as I go to a different place but got very lucky that they were open and able to help me out. I think if you are looking for a dental practice, you should definitely check them out."
