"Per usual, the staff is amazing and takes such good care of our family. Kelly is thoughtful, kind and accommodating. Monica is always working her scheduling magic. Ellie and Des are so compassionate and great at answering my son’s questions. Dr. Sharp is always patient and takes her time engaging with my kids and addressing and even entertaining their ideas. I’m always blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff here. We cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"I made the mistake of giving this place multiple chances in the last year as we have been taking our kids there for 10 years. Today I regretted giving them so many chances. They have screwed up appointments times multiple times (I even have email confirmations, that they did not want to see, of these times and when I arrived they told me I was scheduled for different times and no one could see them). They messed up our billing on the Ortho side which took months to straighten out and I had to pull our credit card charges to prove we paid more than they initially claimed. They never apologize for their mistakes. Somehow was always our problem even though we had the proof. They also have had a very high turnover in their staff in the last 2 years. They have an answering service now so it is very difficult to even speak to someone in the office anymore (the answering service couldn't even reach anyone today so they sent a message to have them call me...they never did). I highly suggest finding other dentist and orthodontist options than this place. Our family will not be returning to either the dentist or orthodontist."

"Dr Zaid is an outstanding Pediatric Dentist!! You can tell she loves what she does and is very passionate and dedicated to her work. She is a true professional and I highly recommend taking your kids to see her! She does a fantastic job keeping the kids relaxed and comfortable from the start to finish even when they have to get fillings and crowns. Normally going to the dentist is an unpleasant experience but with her upbeat personality and excellent work you will look forward to your next visit! Keep up the good work Dr Z!
