"I had an emergent and painful dental issue and contacted Brightside. I recently moved to the area and was not an established patient. Jaime at the front desk could not have been more helpful, efficient, and patient. Her professionalism was very reassuring, and this was very much present in the hygienist Anna and Dr. Brightside as well. I was referred for my first root canal, also a surprisingly smooth experience and returned for a crown. At both visits, Anna and Dr. Brightside both had excellent bedside manners, are skilled in their craft, and even indulgent of some esoteric clinical questions! "I have admittedly never been a fan of the dentist. After a scary experience getting my wisdom teeth removed when I was a teenager, it left me with a lot of anxiety anytime I had to go in for a check-up. I was looking for a dentist in my area (Colorado Springs) and wasn't overly thrilled with the care I had received from some of the other corporate dentists I tried out. I went to Brightside for my new patient cleaning appointment and was immediately at peace. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful and truly cared about not only my mouth health, but also how I was feeling. They were so cognizant of my bad past experiences and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My dental receptionist was AMAZING and made me feel at ease the whole appointment. We talked about life and our kiddos and it truly didn't even feel like a dentist appointment, more like I was just catching up with an old friend. They addressed all of my concerns and gave me an effective treatment plan to make sure I stayed healthy. I felt like a person here, not just a number. And it meant the world.
