"I had an emergent and painful dental issue and contacted Brightside. I recently moved to the area and was not an established patient. Jaime at the front desk could not have been more helpful, efficient, and patient. Her professionalism was very reassuring, and this was very much present in the hygienist Anna and Dr. Brightside as well. I was referred for my first root canal, also a surprisingly smooth experience and returned for a crown. At both visits, Anna and Dr. Brightside both had excellent bedside manners, are skilled in their craft, and even indulgent of some esoteric clinical questions! "I have admittedly never been a fan of the dentist. After a scary experience getting my wisdom teeth removed when I was a teenager, it left me with a lot of anxiety anytime I had to go in for a check-up. I was looking for a dentist in my area (Colorado Springs) and wasn't overly thrilled with the care I had received from some of the other corporate dentists I tried out. I went to Brightside for my new patient cleaning appointment and was immediately at peace. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful and truly cared about not only my mouth health, but also how I was feeling.
