"I called for an emergency appointment and was immediately given three good times. I took the appointment available in 15 minutes, was ushered in and warmly welcomed. I saw the dentist immediately and then the dental technician efficiently helped re-glue my crown. It was a wonderful experience. Just recently, I went in for a routine cleaning. I was greeted warmly, and my teeth were then cleaned efficiently. The dentist suggested an upgrade within my insurance plan that would help to keep my gums healthy. As a side benefit, it will also whiten my teeth. I’m delighted. I couldn’t be happier with this Castle Rock dentist and staff."

"I booked an appointment for two kiddos and needed to cancel. I called the only phone number available and it transferred me to some call center. They couldn’t find the appointments at first and after persistence (me indicating the appointments do in fact exist) they said they finally located them and both were cancelled. I was a bit skeptical but since I have no way of contacting the office directly with limited information available on the site, I had to trust the appointments were cancelled. This was well over a week prior to the actual appointments. I just received two text messages that we missed our appointments which tells me the appointments were in fact not cancelled. I would encourage the office to provide a way for clients to contact them directly, whether through email or otherwise, to avoid these kind of situations."

"I went in for my twice-yearly cleaning. Staff and dentist are always friendly. They inform me of what service I am getting, x-rays, fluoride, cleaning, etc. prior to starting and I verify with them what is covered by insurance and what is not or if I must pay a portion or all of a particular service. I have used Perfect Teeth for many years and have had very few issues with them. The issues I did have were several years ago and were all resolved."
