"I have been going here since the 60’s with dr kivland. He retired so I now see wonderful kind caring Dr Harmon. And the hygienist equally wonderful Pam. Everyone there is great and care so I was appalled to read the negative comment about Hope (now retired). Hippie was super and didn’t have one racist bone in her body. No one there is racist. They treat everyone with love respect and over-the-top caring. Regardless of race color or any other thing. After all. People are just like eggs. Eggs are light brown. Dark brown. White green and blue. But inside they are all the same!!!"
"Fairly priced and excellent work. In my mid thirties and neglected my mouth for sometime. Had been wanting to get everything on track and now feel like I am going in the right direction. Frank Harmon is a fantastic dentist. My bite after getting some fillings was the same. Took a wisdom tooth out in minutes. Makes sure you are nice and numb. If you need a break he has no problem stopping."
"Great dentist - everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, and the dentist were very personable. They seem to know their trade well: they spotted a sealant on one molar that was previously unmentioned to me by other dentists (I think it was placed years ago). Overall, it was a good experience, and I feel like my teeth are in good hands going forward."
"I left this dental practice because of the continued pressure to get x-rays or teeth whitening that I got every time I went in for a cleaning. I haven't had a cavity in probably 10 years, so annual x-rays are completely unwarranted. And so what if they didn't see it on an x-ray first, they'll see it eventually. If you have good teeth, you're just going to be harassed to pay for more services. I also noticed when they released my records to me that they marked my last appointment as being a late cancellation. Actually, I cancelled a week before the appointment, but whoever I talked to did not cancel it. I got a message on my voicemail the night before the appointment. So I called the day of the appointment to tell me that I had cancelled the appointment the week before. The woman I spoke to said, "oh, so you think you cancelled....". So then it got marked down as my fault. No one cared to ask about why I was leaving their practice even though I tried to give them feedback. They don't care about improving their service to their patients apparently. Glad, I'm done with them. Totally unpleasant experience every time I went in."
