Espire Dental | Lakewood

"The dentists here are amazing, the billing not so much. Ever since this place was purchased by Espire it's been a hot mess. The staff here neglected to bill my dental insurance in a TIMELY manner (12 months) and is now billing me for a cleaning from 2022. I have had cleanings done after 2022 and I have NOT been billed for the subsequent cleanings, so clearly they managed to bill the insurance correctly for those. The office made the mistake and now expect me to pay nearly $400 for it, since now they waited too long and the insurance won't cover a 2 year old claim for a cleaning. Not one apology was given to me, I was merely told that this bill populated when they switched systems to Espire and that I was responsible. I have referred family and friends here over the more than 5 years I have been seen here, but I will no longer be coming here. Ridiculous that they did not bill my insurance in a timely manner. Use this place at your own risk if you expect them to bill your insurance."

"Amazing! I had been battling a bad toothache over the holiday weekend. I finally came across Dr. Lazaroff and was able to get in at 7 am after requesting an appointment at 11 pm the night before. All staff was polite and genuinely concerned. I definitely did not feel like a number."

"My first time in was an emergency7:00 am appointment I made the night before at midnight. The staff was very friendly and the dentist did a fantastic job on repairing my teeth. Appointment was on time and relatively quick. I got a bit sick during the procedure (I’m 7 month pregnant) and they were very nice and accommodating while that was happening. Overall, as pleasant as a dentist appointment could be. I will return for future dental work."

"The helpfulness and the kindness of all the techs and doctors was top tier. They broke everything down and explained the importance of each service they were recommending and also answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to like at other places and they made me feel better about how to tackle taking care of my teeth. Thank you guys for a great experience. "Today was my first time there after an awful dentist experience the day before and it was amazing. I appreciate that they got me in so fast when so many dentists around Lakewood aren't open for new patients until 2024. Everyone is super kind, patient and considerate. The clinic is really nice too! My care plan was explained to me and I felt very welcomed and heard! I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for a new one!"
