"I had the most WONDERFUL experience getting a root canal. You read that right! My dentist called to get me an appointment and they got me in within hours. The staff was warm, welcoming, informative, gentle. They assessed me and gave me options, without trying to steer me in my decision. Dr. Brooke was off-the-charts awesome! The procedure was done in an hour. Not a drop of discomfort. One ibuprofen that night and the next day it was like nothing happened. (I had a root canal 20 years ago and I could barely open my mouth for a week.) I am astounded at how great the whole experience was. And her assistant was exceptional also. "I went to this practice in 2020 for an emergency root canal. The visit was fine. I recently called to follow up and ask some clarifying questions, because dental work, procedures, and technology is not my language. The receptionist was extremely short & treated me poorly from the beginning. I didn’t take offense initially until she hung up on me, while I was in the middle of asking a question and then she hung up. I called back because I was confused and she again seemed annoyed. The entire exchange between two phone calls was shockingly rude, and she seemed annoyed with my questions. I will never go back there again and I’m extremely disappointed I went for my initial root canal."
