"Came into my appointment on 2/7/24 and left with terribly done fillings and acid etch burns on my face. Yes. Acid. Resulting in a permanent scar on my face. I rely a lot on Google reviews to find great restaurants and services. I specifically chose to come here after seeing the high ratings. I’d be doing a disservice to the community if I didn’t share my experience and give my honest opinion about this dental practice. My husband and I started coming here in late 2019 and at the time the 2 doctors (Dr. Najjar and Dr. Sorber) in office were superb, and the dental hygienists did their job well. They were the reasons for the high ratings. If you look back, most of the great reviews date back to 3 years ago and prior. But those doctors and dental hygienists have since left. It seems that they haven’t been able to keep a permanent doctor or hygienist long term. Just within the past 3 years, I’ve probably been seen by at least 6 different doctors. I highly regret giving this place so many chances. During my last appointment when I came in to get some fillings, acid etch dropped down to the side of my face near my lip and chin, and because it wasn’t washed off in time, my face was burned with acid. The staff didn’t take immediate action to take care of it. Instead the doctor, dental assistant, and front desk staff disregarded it, didn’t even inform me of the incident, and let me walk out as if nothing happened. I couldn’t feel my face burning because I was numbed there. To top it off, the fillings I got done at the appointment were poorly done and one fell out less than a week after. The doctor’s hand was shaking the whole time, I was in pain and discomfort through out the treatment. The office manager Cecilia was unpleasant to work with also. I wish she was more sympathetic towards the situation. But it was more like a “tough luck” response. When I informed her about the acid etch coming into contact with my skin, she denied that happened and that it could have been anything else and that my skin is probably more sensitive. She saw my face after the appointment and I believe she saw how red it was. I’ve never had this happened to me before at a dental appointment and I hope no one else has to experience it too. Also when I mentioned about the filling falling out less than a week from getting it done, she responds with “it was only one”. High standards. I’ve consulted with a few other dentists since then and they were appalled at what happened and confirmed it had to be acid etch that went through my skin after seeing it. They also were shocked at the uneven and careless work put into the fillings I got done here at BDA. I hope no one else has to experience this. There’s plenty of other dental offices in the area that are honest, friendly, competent, and actual professionals in the field."

"Excellent dental services. I had 7 cavities filled after not going to the dentist for years and my bite was perfect afterwards. Dr Ryan nailed it and was very quick. The employees here are confident, efficent, and non-judgmental. I feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you everyone at Belleview Dental for getting me back on track with my dental health."

"Do not go here. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She blamed me for my 2020 appointment being canceled eventhough they canceled it and told me I'd get a call to reschedule which I never did. I was then told that it would be 75 dollars next time because of that. She then told me I canceled a different appointment which is not true because I didnt have dental insurance until recently due to me loosing my job. I honestly have been going here since I was a child. I will never go back."
