"I have been going to the dentist for over a year now! All of the office staff is always very friendly and kind. Kat does my dental cleanings and always does a great job. Make sure my teeth are nice and clean afterwards as well as a great personality! Carreon has made some recommendations for TMJ, she has done my Invisalign, and veeners! She is professional and knowledgeable about the work she does! I have been recommended products to use at home for my gums, and for better dental hygiene! My husband as well as my step kids also receive care here. They are great with the children and have made suggestions on orthodontic specialists as well as maintaining healthy teeth."

"I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. Unprofessional and unethical. Cleaning 0/5 Professional 0/5 Honesty 0/5 I made an appointment over the phone and confirmed that my dental insurance was in-network. When I arrived at the appointment, I noticed that there were no other patients there but they were very kind and brought me to have a "comprehensive" exam with Carreon. I brought up multiple issues I have had with my TMJ and a chipped tooth, she did not listen to any concerns and just offered a $700 mouthguard that I already have. During my cleaning, I noticed that the Dentist's office was very unsanitary, with dust and water damage and what looked like mold all over the walls and ceiling. The lady who did my cleaning was very kind and kept telling me, "You have beautiful and clean teeth," but she did not clean or scrape my teeth whatsoever. She didn't even know that I had sealants when I asked if they were still there, she checked and said they were. Every time I get my teeth cleaned professionally, they ask if I have had a permanent retainer from braces because there is retainer glue on the back of my teeth, and they mention that my sealants are still in good shape. Every hygienist I have ever had has noticed these things while they are scraping my teeth clean- not this one. After all of this, Carreon told me that I needed fillings for cavities on my molar, and they could get me in right now. I declined, and they kept pushing to get my cavity fixed today. As I went to leave the lady at the front desk told me that I owed a balance because I am out-of-network, they lied on the phone and said I was in-network. Very disappointing. I paid a decent amount of money and received no cleaning or "comprehensive" exam from a professional dentist. As soon as I left, I called my old Dentist to make an appointment for a professional cleaning and exam. The following week I traveled over an hour to my old dentist to find out that I did not have any cavities like Carroen said and received a proper cleaning. Overall, Carroen is very unprofessional, and I don't know how this place has passed any health and safety inspection. She lied to me about insurance coverage and then lied about me having cavities- anyway, for her to make money off of patients, it seems like. When I looked up her license through the state of Colorado, it looked like she has a Letter of Admonition and has had disciplinary action against her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear of this place!"
