"I’m giving it two stars because of their lack of communication and how disorganized my experience felt. The front desk employees were always nice and welcoming. I went in with a lot of pain in January and was not given anything for it but I was scheduled for a procedure at noon 3 weeks out!!! I was told not to eat or drink 12hours before but then when it came time for my appointment I never received any instructions for before the procedure or any reminders so I called the office and they seemed to be confused by my questions and then somehow my appointment was changed from 12 to 2pm. When I got there I was brought back and forth from the waiting room and it all just felt very unprofessional. I was in a lot of pain and hungry which did not help but I also couldn’t wait any longer so I went ahead and had my procedure done."

"Told me I needed a bunch of procedures that with a second opinion were absolutely not needed. Tried to pull my wisdom teeth out on my first initial visits and put two crowns on with a total of around $8000. Money grab, find a better dentist. Great locally owned place nearby called Winter Dental, so much better!"

"This was my 2nd visit in the last 8 months. First time I had to get some teeth pulled and this time I needed a crown. Actually I needed two crowns but with my insurance and out of pocket expense I could only afford one at a time. My worry was that with all my cavities my Dentist wouldn't let me choose which tooth I wanted done and I'd get stuck starring at this cavity in my smile for another year. Well, Michael took great care of me and I got exactly what I wanted done. He was steady and had a gentle touch which put my mind at ease. It was painless. Truly, sincerely a master of his craft.
