"Ever been to a used car lot or untrustworthy mechanic? Similar vibe — would not recommend. Went there the first time - nothing was accomplished other than x rays - they were going to reschedule me 2 more(!) times for a cleaning (apparently they only do half of mouth at once). I said I’d prefer to do everything at once. They said that would cost extra. I said no worries. So they rescheduled me 3 weeks later for a 2 hour block (I watched Steve click and drag a 2 hour appointment on his computer while I did the same on my phone). When I showed up this morning, they only had me down for half, then proceeded to try and argue with me that I was the one mistaken and that “they never schedule 2 hour appointments.” I walked out — lesson learned I won’t be returning here."

"So far not great , I have been rescheduled 3 times, 2 times I was already in the office. Dr out of town / Dr Sick/ verify insurance information. No hygenist available eventho my appointment was for a cleaning. The impression is No regard for anyone else’s time. Desk staff tried to be helpful by saying they called. think you should also get a text and email incase you are busy working and don’t get the call. I could update to a better experience after I actually get the appointment completed."
