"So I just figured this out that you can't get a referral from them to orthodontist unless you finish all the appointments they set you up. My daughter went there for her teeth done and the last appointment that she needs done we canceled it because my daughter complained how much it hurts. So I asked the lady on the phone that since my daughters upper teeth are done and that's the part that needs braces, can she get a referral for the orthodontist for it? And she said No (NOT IN A NICE WAY). Apparently, you can't decide for your child's well being, they do! I wonder if that's "the way" they do it here in United States or just The Kidz Dentist way?.. then there's no freedom here! Because where I came from, a third world country has more freedom than here!"
