"(Hailey the manager horrible manager )Walked in with other people not one hello or anything waited and watch them do online orders everyone walked out I waited patiently and two other guys walked in got greeted right always and we all waited another couple minutes then they proceeded to help the two gentleman that walked in and completely ignored me and got mad at me when I was up set all Hailey said was the line is over here sorry like what !!?? Never going back"

"Love the fresh sliced meats and cheeses! The bread is always soft and fresh; as are the toppings. No Subway challenges here! Their prices are a bit high so I look for deals and often buy just the sandwich to take home because adding chips and a drink adds more than $4. Kids meals are a good deal and plenty of food for most. While a bit slow, service has always been top notch and friendly; even when they're slammed. Update 1/25/23 Service speed has definitely improved!"

"Not really a Jersey Mike's fan. I'd rather just go to Subway and have them make my food in front of me and at least it's pretty consistent. I don't really like the prices at Jersey Mike's for receiving less food, and I'm a pretty plain person so the Mike's way and all that is not really something that I go out of my way for. I also really don't like the bread. But, if you're a adventurous person and you like to jazz it up, this might be the place to make your sandwich."

"First time ever at a Jersey Mike's after a busy day moving my Dads stuff out of his home. Had the #3, ham and provolone. was SO fresh and delicious! Was not busy when I arrived about 4:30 pm on a Monday. Not sure what the craze is about Jimmy Johns, they suck. The road construction on Marksheffel is not great tho."

"I’ve come to this location multiple times since it’s opened. I don’t eat ham, but do enjoy an Italian sandwich. I will normally ask to substitute the ham for turkey. I have never had an issue when I’ve asked for this to be done. Today for the first time I was made aware that this isn’t something that should be done normally. Typically i’d be okay and understand but the fact the lady that told me this started asking all the employees “who does substitutions it’s not allowed” made me feel uncomfortable. If you’re going to speak about it, bring it to the back when there is not a full store of customers and you’re making my sandwich."
