They both were thorough in describing the services provided, what was covered under my dental plan, and if I should choose additional services the cost associated with it. The Dentist was friendly and professional and included me in the discussion of my dental health. I appreciate the care and personalized support received from every staff member at Summit Dental. "i wasn’t happy with parcels they were made wrong , and he was not happy with me asking him! I wanted him to make it right , I bit my lip many times and tough many times , I wouldn’t Recommend going Here ever ! Dr Arnell was rude throwing my parcels on the metal tray saying well I guess I can have another pair made ! I was very upset! So unprofessional very unprofessional I’m very disappointed please don’t go here I didn’t even want to give them one star! And when I went in again to see if he would fix that I took my husband with me because I refuse to be in that room with that Dr Arnell alone again and he was very different with my husband in the room but he ground down a little bit didn’t sand them down and put them back in my mouth they my gums started to bleed yeah it was a nightmare I’m not going back I wouldn’t recommend you to go there"
